RS130 Ethernet Connection Problem

I just received a RS130, going through the setup process . While using the copper SFP module and Cat 5 cable to connect to the internet, I get a message stating that no network is found. WiFi connection works fine. I ordered a new SFP module ( 1000 Base-T) to see if the one provided by the manufacturer is the problem. Any suggestions to try in the interim?

Please check a few things.

  1. Is your RS130’s Ethernet enabled?
    RS130–>Ethernet–>Activate
  2. If you have another SFP module, will the same problem occur if you use another SPF module?

I purchased a new SFP module, and the unit is now working properly. Thank you for your response to my problem.
