RS130 LCD cannot be turned on after reboot

I switched off the LCD screen from Rose app. After that, I restart the unit by press and hold the power button on the unit for more than 5 seconds with the LCD screen still off. After the restart, Rose app cannot connect to unit and LCD screen cannot be turned on. I don’t know what to do as LCD screen is off. How to overcome this? Thank you.

Please check a few things.

  1. Is the RS130 power cable connected properly?
  2. Does a relay sound come out when you press the power button on your RS130?
  3. If the power does not turn on even after trying the above, this symptom appears if there is a problem with the DC power Board of RS130.
    It looks like your RS130’s DC power Board needs to be replaced., you will likely need to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS130 for repair.
