It has become increasingly evident that hardware failures associated with HiFi Rose products are escalating. Despite this trend, the company has provided no meaningful disclosure or explanation. Since this forum is the primary channel through which customers seek support, we hereby request transparent and substantive communications regarding the nature, cause, and scope of these failures.

By withholding such information, HiFi Rose is allegedly failing to disclose material facts that directly impact both existing customers—who require clarity on service and repair pathways—and potential customers—who must be able to make informed purchasing decisions.

Accordingly, we ask: When will HiFi Rose formally address the influx of reported hardware failures and provide customers with a clear statement regarding these issues?
