why is my RS130 listed as ‘Room ready’ instead of ‘Roon Tested’ device?
Regarding to RS130 certification, it should be ‘Roon Tested’.
You can find it in Roon app: Settings->Audio
Q to everybody: can this a reason for the lack of SQ, playing music via Roon, instead of native Rose app?

No, roon ready “is more” than roon tested.
For roon ready the item must support RAAT and must show the complete signal chain transparently. Also this devices must support the grouping feature from roon.
Roon tested devices don’t must have RAAT included.
