Hello all, my rs 130 will play through my Room Nucleus I get a digital noise. I see see my Tidal library but the won’t play. HELP!!!
- Check the RS130’s Roon Ready Setting
Please ensure that:
Your RS130 is turned on and connected to the same network as your Roon Nucleus.
Go to Settings > Device Setup > Roon Ready on the RS130 and confirm it is enabled.

Restart Both Devices
Power cycle (turn off and on) both your Roon Nucleus and RS130.
Then, try playing a track from TIDAL again. -
Check Digital Output Settings
If you’re using a USB or AES/EBU output, check if your connected DAC or device is properly recognized and supports the format.
If the digital noise continues, try switching to another output (e.g., USB vs. Optical) to test. -
Roon Software Update
Ensure both your Roon Core (Nucleus) and RS130 firmware are up to date. -
Re-authorize TIDAL in Roon
Sometimes playback issues stem from authorization errors:
Go to Roon Settings > Services > TIDAL and try logging out and back in.
