RS130 Quobuz cannot login

I am RS130 user. Normally I can use Qobuz from Qobuz Connect app on RS130, both on official 5.9.x version and 5.10.x EA version
But today, I switch (reinstall from setting menu) from EA to official version, then install RoseTube app and Qobuz App.
I already login to Rose Account, register the RS130 under my account (as everytime I did).
After clicking on Qobuz, Qobuz display login. I press on login button on RS130 screen, then RS130 say “The Facebook login may not function smoothly; using the email login instead is recommended”

However, my Qobuz subscription is not linked to any facebook account. And RS130 don’t let me even fill the form email/password for the Qobuz access.

Using Rose Connect and Rose One alse same thing happen

Please help us check a few things:

  1. When you say that Facebook login does not work for your Qobuz account on the RS130, are you also unable to log in to Qobuz through the RoseConnect app?
  2. If you are unable to log in to Qobuz on both your RS130 and the ROSECONNECT app, could you please take screenshots of the screens shown in each case and share them with us?

On our side, when accessing Qobuz through the ROSE ONE app, all login methods—including Facebook login—are available.
Please also share a screenshot of what you see on your ROSE ONE app.
