is the clock synced through a fiber/SPF connection between aRS130 and a RDA160 ?

In the fiber/SPF connection between RS130 and a RD160, the clock is not synchronized, but in the remaining connections it is synchronized.
Would You recommend to attach a cable to sync the clocks between in addition to the fiber/usb cabling ? and who should be the master ? Thank You in advance and kind regards

Everything is possible except USB/SFP connection.
When connecting RS130 and a RD160, the connection for clock synchronization is the same, so please use the one that is better for you.
