Additionally, please take a picture of the screen that appears when you go into Device Management on your RS130 and send it to me.
Finally, when you see the message to register the device in your RoseConnect app, please capture it and send it to me.

Any ideas on what may be causing this??

Ok, so I’ve done everything you have said to do, I sent the screenshot of Mypage to the email address.

It is still doing the dialog box asking me to register the device, now what do you suggest??

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra–>Settings–>About Phone–>Software information

One UI version must be 6.1 and Android version must be 14.

Yes, this is what I have on my phone.

So, since I have the correct version of the software any other thoughts on what to do to correct this.

Please try the method below.
Rose device–>Settings–>Device management–>Register

I’ve done this many times. Error message still persists. Not sure how to fix, support non existent on this $5200 device, with silly software issues.

  1. Is your Rose device registered properly as shown in the picture above?
  2. What is your Rose device version?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>System version info
  3. Are you using the RoseConnect app that matches the system version of your Rose device?
