When I go there in the app it says device isnt registered, register device in device management.

This was after the latest update.
Go to RS130’s Device Management option under Settings to register your device. Do it on the RS130, not from the App.
I click on settings on the RS130 and there is no option for Device Management

I guess I’m dumb too I haven’t found it yet I don’t even have that option where did you find it exactly? I have not updated to the newest firmware and I’m not going to until it’s more stable thanks!

If you do not have the Device Management menu, your Rose device is probably not the latest version.
RS130–>Settings–>System info–>System version info–>5.7
If your RS130 system version is not 5.7, click the Update button on the right to update.
Do you not see the Device Management menu when you go into Settings on your RS130 and scroll up from the bottom of the left menu?
As I said before I do not have the device management option under settings I have everything else in that list in the same order.
But yes I am still using ver. 4.xx software as I do not want to upgrade yet because of all the problems people are having within latest update.

If you do not update to the latest version, you will continue to see messages asking you to register your device in the RoseConnect app because the version compatible with the RoseConnect app is different. Next week, we will release an update that fixes the current bug.
I went ahead and updated to get rid of the repeating error message… guess I have to hole tight for next update.

I’m having the same issue, constant dialog box asking me to register my device, but the device is registered. I am running the latest version 5.7.

Please check a few things.
I have removed and reinstalled the app and it still does it.
No, it says unregister and above that is a Rose ID #
It never asks on the device itself, only on the app.
I need 2 pieces of information from you.
