I just try to turn on after 1 month, but screen is off.

According to my opinion you need to try a hard reset or connecting to an external display (if possible). If that fails, it may need a hardware check.
Unfortunately this sounds like a problem that has come up before related to a DC board if I remember correctly. If it is that, your only option is to contact your dealer/distributor (for example MoFi in the US) and get it replaced or repaired. Hopefully you are not so unlucky.

did you make the last Firmware Upgrade to 5.9?
Can you try to wake up the RS130 from Roon? (not sure it is possible for your devie within Roon)
Please check a few things.
- Even if you disconnect and reconnect the power cable connected to your Rose device and press the power button, do you hear a relay sound and no response on the display?
- If the same symptom appears even after trying the above, contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the Rose device and request repair.
