RS150 no access

I have the following problem and would like some help:

When starting my Rose RS150b, the following message appears at the bottom right of the display ‘ Media now analysing’ which runs and runs with a time wheel.
After 2 hours+ the device switches off automatically.
When I select the ‘Music’ icon, the message appears: ‘Restart system for stable system operation’, which I have done but return to ‘Media now analysed’. and no access to music.
Please help

Can it be a defective internal ssd drive?
Did you try to remove the drive and then a reboot?

Here are a few things to check.

  1. Does the ‘Restart system for stable system operation’ pop-up appear even after you factory reset your RS150?
    RS150–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
  2. Please take a screen shot of the system information on your RS150 and send it to me.
