Now every time I power on my unit the app and unit require me to sign back in and says account information has changed. I have to sign back in at the unit first before signing in on the app.

- When you mention that you need to log in again, do you mean you are being asked to log in to your Rose account again?
- Could you please let me know the email address you use to log in to your Rose account?
- May I also ask for the ROSE ID of your RS150B?

I have sent a temporary password to your Gmail address.
To change your password, you must first log in to your Rose account.
Please note that password changes can only be made through the RoseConnect app.
You can set a new password by going to:
RoseConnect app → Settings → My Page → Edit → Change Password
