Hi, I recently bought the rs 150b, and connect it to my tv via arc link, the strange thing is I could not get the sound on netflix but other platform such as youtube and cable tv are fine, the sound conldnt work only on netflix. I could get the sound in netflix when i connect to tv via optic cable. I tried different hdmi cable, still doesn’t work on arc. Any thought?
Ps my tv model is lg oled g2

If there are cases where there is no sound from Netflix or Disney Plus when using RS150b and TV connected via arc in, this occurs because the Rose device does not support multi-channel input.
Please change the settings as shown below.
TV → Sound Settings → HDMI Digital Output → If it is currently set to Auto, change it to PCM output. Please let us know if you still cannot hear sound from Netflix or Disney Plus.
