I have a DB of 130.000 files, but Rose150B shows me and manages only 60.000. It’s a very poor service and a terrible bug. Also Rose150B don’t manage correctly the tag of genre. So it proposes a classification very confused and not compliant with the original tags.
In conlcusion the usability of the machine don’t correspond to the price and quality promised to the customer.
Please check if the same symptom occurs even if you try the method below.
RoseConnect app–>Settings–>Media Library–>Click DB initialization in the upper right corner, and when initialization is complete, click the storage device to scan the DB.
I did many times the initialization and a new scan DB and the result is alway the same: Rose show me 60.000 song not one more. It’s a terrible limit. It’s very easy to verify can you upload more than 60.000 files on the media library or not? You must publish the upload limit on selling document.
Also the tag of the genre is not managed in compliance with the original tags in my DB library

i again second that. Terrible limitations for tagged music. Also i do not have that 60’000 file limitation.
Another grave issue is the one with the defective wifi/bluetooth dongle for which there are no alternatives. There are no replacements available and/or delivery is ultra slow.
This situation renders the wifi/bluetooth technology in Rose audio devices useless. It is like this since at least 2022 when the first support requests appeared.
For this issue we need to check your logs.

Initialize the DB on your RS150b and scan the DB again from the beginning.

Press Remote Debug on your RS150b.
RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Remote debug
Once the symptom appears again, press the remote debug button and let me know.
(Press Remote debug once and do not turn off the Rose device.)
