RS150b does not see M Scaler

RS150b does not see M Scaler when connecting via USB Audio Output. It says No USB DAC Found. But it can see Chord Hugo TT and works perfectly. Please help.

Here are a few things to check:

  1. Does the DAC still not recognize you when you use a different USB cable?

  2. Does your Chord Hugo TT recognize other network streamers when connected via USB?

  3. How long is the USB cable you’re using? We recommend using the shortest possible cable.
