Rs150b freezes and reboots

After updating to 4.2.21 I’ve noticed some odd behavior with my RS150B. After being left on for an extended period of time (maybe a day) the software seems to freeze and is unresponsive to requests from the rose app AND the buttons on the device. I had to switch it off using the switch on the back to bring it back to life. This has happened a few times, at least once the unit rebooted on its own.

Repro steps:

  1. Begin playing Tidal or Quoboz song.
  2. Pause song.
  3. Wait several hours.
  4. Observe the unit as unresponsive.

Is it possible for me to pull application logs and/or core dumps from the device? If so, I can forward these on to you the next time it happens,.

We will check here. If this happens every time, please change the RS150B to standby mode when you don’t use it.

I am experiencing similar issues. If I pause my playlist for any length of time > 30 min, it will resume normally then after about 30 sec, it will skip to the next track.

I am struggling with the exact same issues. Please help.
