After updating to 4.2.21 I’ve noticed some odd behavior with my RS150B. After being left on for an extended period of time (maybe a day) the software seems to freeze and is unresponsive to requests from the rose app AND the buttons on the device. I had to switch it off using the switch on the back to bring it back to life. This has happened a few times, at least once the unit rebooted on its own.
Repro steps:
- Begin playing Tidal or Quoboz song.
- Pause song.
- Wait several hours.
- Observe the unit as unresponsive.
Is it possible for me to pull application logs and/or core dumps from the device? If so, I can forward these on to you the next time it happens,.
