RS150B malfunctions since update

Since the last update the poor functionality of my 150B has become critical and the usual work arounds don’t work. Any cures for these errors, for starters?

    1. In Settings, Media Library, Library, both internal and external hard discs show as “not connected” although they will play and this is not fixed by rescanning or resetting
    1. Music, Folder, brings up a few files alphabetically but stops at part way through for both internal and external disc. It used to load the rest over time and now does not
    1. Music, Sort By, brings up nothing no matter what criteria are selected, and it used to be useful
    1. Nothing can be added to playlists
    2. Queue playing randomly stops and say the list is empty

There are other errors but these are basic

Please confirm a few things.

1-1. When you enter the media library, no storage is recognized?
1-2. When no storage is recognized in the media library, can you play music from the internal or external hard drive by entering the music app?

2-1. When you enter Music–>Folder, the files are sorted alphabetically, but please take a picture of the files that are not sorted alphabetically and show it to me.
2-2. When you enter Music–>Folder, how many files are not sorted alphabetically in both the RoseConnect app and RS150b?

4-1. Even if you check the video below, you can’t add music to the playlist?

4-2. Is a specific sound source not being added to the playlist?
Please record a video of the situation when you cannot add a sound source to the playlist and send it to the email below.

5-1. When you play all the sounds, the played songs will be moved to the Queue.
I don’t understand all the above.
Please check if the same problem occurs after factory resetting your RS150b.

In addition, please tell me the version information of your RS150b.
Is your Rose device version the latest version?

Does your Rose device software version show as 5.7.07?
