My Rose RS150B while playing song it stop and play again several times on every files no matter the source from NAS or internal SSD. Also the power touch screen switch cannot show three buttons when hold for 5 sec.
There is message on screen to “ Rose service” stopped. What is it means?
It seems that a temporary error has occurred in RS150b. Can you tell me what symptoms appear after RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset?

After reset the system back to factory settings, the problems remind the same as before. No matter play the song from the sources of from internal SSD, NAS, Rosetube and Tidal, one song can stop over 3-5 times. And the long hold rose button cannot show the sleep mode, power off, screen off buttons.
Please help to fix the problems urgently. RS150B is very unstable in most of the time. I owned it a year, it looks good but giving me lots of trouble. The system is not reliable and unstable at all.

Please check my question below.
- Can you connect a LAN cable and connect it via Ethernet? Please tell me if it work when connecting LAN cable.
- When you connect Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi strength is displayed at the top right of the screen. Please capture and send a picture of how it is displayed.
- Is the Wi-Fi dongle connected to the back of the RS150b?
- If LCD OFF / Turn OFF / Restart does not appear on the screen when the power button is pressed for about 5 seconds, does the screen change to standby mode when the power button is pressed for about 5 seconds?
- When the power is completely off, does the power turn on when you press the power button?
- Does the volume keep going up when you press the volume control button below the power button for about 5 seconds?

- Is the Wi-Fi dongle connected to the back of the RS150b? Ans: Yes but I never activate and use it.

Ans: sometimes it’ll turn to stand by mode but most of the time no responds after pressed power button for 5 sec.
- When the power is completely off, does the power turn on when you press the power button? Ans: Yes
- Does the volume keep going up when you press the volume control button below the power button for about 5 seconds? Ans: No

I am afraid to tell you that I’m very disappointed and fed up with RS150. I had sent it back to your dealer Square Wave in Hong Kong.
If they cannot fix it, I will ask them to buy back and give me back full refund.
