Just set up my rs150b , I just love it , great bit of kit .
Iam have 2 questions
First . Is there any way to turn off the usb 5v power out when in stand by mode . All 3 usb sockets are live when unit is in stand by ?
2nd I have my Samsung tv connected through the hdmiARC . The tv remote will turn the volume up ,down and mute the sound . But will not turn the rose on or off , Iam doing something wrong?
I will answer your questions.
- In standby mode, the power of the USB port is on. If you want to turn off the power of the USB Port during standby mode, you can turn off RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–> USB/SSD power activation in standby mode.
- In the case of RS150b, if you turn it off and enter standby mode, the dongle will not work.
- I can control the volume of the RS150b with the Samsung remote, but does that mean I can’t turn it on and off?

Thank you for your fast response,
I have my Samsung qe55 connected to my rose 150b . HDMI EARC out of the Samsung to HDMI EARC on the rose 150b ,
I get great sound ,
I can operate the volume up /down and mute ,
The rose with the Samsung remote 
But the Samsung remote will not switch the rose 150b to stand by or switch it back on ,
Hope that is a little clearer ,

It is not recommended to use a remote control other than the one supported by the R.ose device.
Since the operation may be different from the remote control key, the power button may not work.
