RS150MK2 (RS150B) losing sound frequently when using USB DAC

Connecting my desktop PC as usb dac and output thru Balanced XLR. This happened after I updated RS150B firmware thru main panel on hifirose machine, and also updated the pc windows driver CITECH_UsbAudio_v5.68.0_2024-02-19_setup.

Issue: Could connect and have sound at the beginning, after sometime (random timing) it suddenly have no sound, but RS150B is still on, OS didn’t mute and it is still detecting the RS150MK2 as input source.
The sound could only recover when I switched RS150 input in settings from “USB IN” to “RS150” and switch back to “USB IN” to re-establish the usb connection / re-init the driver on OS.

Tried uninstall and clean install the OS audio driver with CITECH_UsbAudio_v5.68.0_2024-02-19_setup, and also tried uninstall and clean install previous driver CITECH_UsbAudio_v5.0.0_2021-03-23_setup, the new one v5.68 happens more frequently, basically every 1-10 mins, for the legacy one v5.0.0 it happens in a few minutes to a few hours, extremely frustrating.
It happens no matter what I am doing on my PC, so probably not related to any application that I am using.

Current system information:
HifiRose machine: model display RS150B
OS audio driver showing: RS150MK2
System version: 5.9 (Official)
Audio firmware version: XMOS 3152
