= rs151 - problem with dff audio files =

I have 12 audio files in DFF format with the following characteristics,
which are on a 6TB external USB hard drive, the drive I regularly use with my RS151 unit to play my music.

DFF
Sample rate : 5644800 Hz
Channels : 2
Bits per sample : 1
Bitrate : 11290 kbps
Codec : DST128
DR 13

When I try to play them, the audio is choppy and stutters; this is the first time something like this has happened to me. Is there a solution for this, or should I use Foobar 2000 to convert the files to 32-bit WAV PCM Float?

The software version I have installed is as follows:

Device version 5.9
Rose OS 5.9.07
Rose Main 5.9.07.1
Rose Service 5.9.07.1

Any ideas or suggestions?
