Sorry for the ignorance but I haven’t got either items yet. I’m hoping to get an RS151 and Pass Labs X250.8 for a good price. Will I need a pre amp or can I run the RS151 as a streamer/pre amp straight into the X250.8? I don’t have any need for other sources; will be using streaming only…
I use RS-151 and Yamaha M-5000 and this sound’s great. I don’t feel i need a preamp at all. The preamp in RS-151 is good, but use XLR if you can.
