RS151 stuck at downloading installation file

Trying to update RoseTube on my RS151 (as suggested by RoseOne), the “downloading installation file …” never ends (at least within 15-20 minutes). The way to resume is to press the back button (arrow pointing left) on the remote control or to turn the RS151 off and then turn it back on.

So I’ve thought to unistall RoseTube and tried to install it again with the same result: stuck at “downloading installation file …”.

At the moment I haven’t Rosetube available.
What should I do?

Hi there.

Unplug the RS151 for 5 minutes then start it back up. If that does not help try a hard reset.

Unpluged/un-energized for about half-an-hour. When powered-up it allowed to download and update RoseTube in a few seconds.

Perhaps try to connect your Rose device with your 5G Smartphone sharing on Your cellphone WiFI. If it doesn’t able to download the installation file, it could be because of a failure on your Internet provider path.
