RS201 Ground loop?

I use my line in with a turntable and experiencing a ground loop.

Could something internall be loose as there is no ground on this unit?

The screws of the Rose unit are hexagonal bolts, so it is difficult for the customer to disassemble. Loosen the screw that connects the SSD to the bottom of the device a little, put a ground loop in the gap, and tighten the screw before use.
