I would like to know can i use rs201 as pure steamer & dac, without using the pre amp and power amp. So that i can connect rs201 to another intergrated amp.
If so how can i set it?

Prepare a RCA cable and plug it in to PREAMP OUT of RS201. Plug the other end to your amplifier.
And then, activate the PREAMP OUT in your photo.
When you press pre-amp out, there will be an option to fix the output at a set level. You’ll typically want around 2V, for most amplifiers.
Thank you for your reply. My concern of using pre-amp out, because it seem signal will go though Preamplifier twice and induce distortion. Thank you.
The english is slightly confusing, but when you select the option you realise it is not another “pre out” stage. We use this in the office a lot and there is no distortion. Just set your fixed level to the right amount for your amp and it’s great.
