RS201E automatically shut down when volume set above 50%

I find it particularly annoying when playing tracks from Rosetube or Harddisk that RS201E automatically shut down at some track when volume set to 55%.
If volume set lower, it is okay.
If pre-amp out, the song are distorted
This means I cannot play louder to enjoy.
Is this a safety feature or I need to do some setting?
Please advise.

Hello @phoonys ,

  1. How is your audio system organized? RS201E - preamp -SPK?
  2. Could you tell me all the connections to RS201E, including USB storages, SSD?
  3. What happens if you keep volume under 55% and make this setting to HIGH?
    RS201E - In/Out Setting - Menu(Preamp/Amp out) - Volume Level setting

Thank you for reply.

Good news is my problem is resolved with latest Rose and MCU update.
I could play well with 64% volume.

Don’t know how it was resolved.

Anyway, My setup is

  1. RS201E - SPK
  2. Seagate External HD 2TB, Sandisk SSD 1TB
  3. Setting is Normal
