I’ve had my RS250 for about a month and the display just stoped working. I can play music through it using the app but the display is just black. I’ve restarted it a couple of times and that didn’t help.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried doing a software update?
Not able to do it without the display. It isn’t accessible through the app. I’ve reached out to my dealer and they’re looking it what I can do.
Seems like the LCD should be replaced.
Please contact your distributor to get LCD replaced.
Please contact a distributor in the country where you purchased the RS150 for repair.
