RS250 does not function at all after the latest software update

Hi Hifirose!

After the software update on 30 January, I cannot use my RS250 at all.
I have all the latest updates for the RS250, for Windows and for Android (my phone).

Update Version Information:
RoseOS(SW): v4.17.04
RoseConnect Premium (Android): v4.17.04.3
RoseConnect Premium (Windows/Mac): v4.17.02

KC NO: R-R-SYH-RS250,
Serial No: ESL202AB000122 2022.02.

RS250
After the update on 30 January, this message is displayed all the time, and I cannot access anything else on the touch screen:
Restart System for stable operation
I have done Reboot more than 10 times - no difference.

Windows
I can connect to the RS250 and see menus. Can’t play anything or log in.

Android
It is possible to see the RS250, but it is not possible to connect to the RS250.

I have as a last attempt done Factory Reset on the RS250 today - 18/2 2024. Unfortunately no change.

I want to submit the RS250 for repair or return it.

Please let me know what to do.

I have done Factory reset two more times. Different behaviour, but still not possible to use propely.

Now my RS250 works again.
Over one month without possibility to use the product.

This is not good for the reputation of Hifirose.
I hope I was alone to get this severe problem.
