RS250 Fixed Output?

Is there or will there be an ability to keep the volume output fixed on RS250!!

Yes, in the in/out settings, you can select the cog next to the RCA output symbol and set the Pre-Out Level Setting to the voltage that best suits your amplifier. This disables volume control and fixes at the level you need.

Hi,
I’ve set the pre-out level to On but the RS250 sound level can still be turned higher or lower via its volume knob or RoseApp. Any advice as to why?

First of all, I’m sorry for the late reply.
We were away last week to attend a hi-fi audio show in Germany.

If the pre-out level setting is On, you cannot adjust the volume on the RS250 or RoseConnect app. Did you select the set value in the pre-out level setting and click Apply in the upper right corner? Please reply after checking.
