RS250 gets worse with every update

When I first bought my RS250 over 2 years ago, it worked. Now every time I want to use it it doesn’t connect to my Ethernet without having to do a reboot, and then it constantly loses connectivity.

HIFI Rose, I don’t think you understand the meaning of the word “update”……you’re supposed to make the product progressively better, not more and more unstable. Honestly I’m getting so frustrated, I want to throw it against the wall!

I have to agree - I can only really use it reliably using Roon - when using the Rose app to playback I get random dropouts - sometimes ok for days then will dropout every few minutes. I feel your pain.

Yes, agree. The dropouts/loss of connectivity is a major problem. There is nothing worse to get in the way of enjoying music than all of a sudden the app loses its connectivity mid-song and you find you can’t control anything… or the music cuts out. I really hope HiFi Rose will focus on getting the basics right before adding more obscure functionality.
