Hello, when I connect my Samsung Smart TV through SPIF (cable optical in on the RS250), a time lag problem occurs that is quite noticeable between the image and the sound (jitter). Please help me fix it, I have tried in the configuration to reduce the delay to 0ms in PCM and the audio and video are still out of sync. Your help please.

The sync should be good and in most cases it is, but it seems that in some cases it may not be synchronized. We are continuously investigating the cause and will issue a patch once it is resolved.
If you follow the few methods below, you will see some improvement.

Please factory reset your RS250.
RS250–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset -
Please turn off the VLC Player function before use.
RS250–>Video–>Gear icon at the bottom left–>Use VLC player off
