Hello, when I connect my Samsung Smart TV through SPIF (cable optical in on the RS250), a time lag problem occurs that is quite noticeable between the image and the sound (jitter). Please help me fix it, I have tried in the configuration to reduce the delay to 0ms in PCM and the audio and video are still out of sync. Your help please.

The sync should be good and in most cases it is, but it seems that in some cases it may not be synchronized. We are continuously investigating the cause and will issue a patch once it is resolved.
If you follow the few methods below, you will see some improvement.

Please factory reset your RS250.
RS250–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset -
Please turn off the VLC Player function before use.
RS250–>Video–>Gear icon at the bottom left–>Use VLC player off
It’s been almost two years since the announcement that the problem would be investigated and resolved, and I still have audio delays when connecting my Samsung TV to the Rose RS250 via optical cable.

Does the audio delay still occur even after setting the PCM Delay Time on your RS250 to 3000ms?

changing the PCM delay in either direction does not make any difference
