Just purchased the 250 and have the following questions/issues:

  1. Unable to get the remote to pair.
  2. Can’t setup the app on my phone.
  3. How do I setup a fixed analog output to use with my current integrated amp?
  4. When are the VU meters available (which sources)?

Hello,

  1. Unable to get the remote to pair → How to pair a Bluetooth remote control

  2. How is it not working? Please check if you connected RS250 and your phone to same network.

  3. RS250 > IN/OUT Setting > menu on RCA port > Pre-out level setting
    (The value depends on input sensitivity of your amplifier)

  1. Thank you. Remote functional
  2. Receiving a Rose connection failed. I have downloaded both the RoseConnect and RoseConnect Premium. Which one is recommended. Using IOS/iPhone.
  3. Fixed output working.
  4. Would love to have the VU meters active when using Roon and Optical in (from a TV).
