I’ve a laptop connected to RS250 via USB in. RS250 is currently configured as pre-amp.
However, I can’t control volume using RS250. Why is this an issue?

No audio control on the USB input. Check the user guide for more information.
Hello, when using USB IN, volume control is not possible in ROSE due to its structure.
