I am contacting you regarding my HiFi ROSE RS250 streamer.
The device crashes almost systematically after approximately 5 minutes of operation.
I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps without success:

factory reset,

confirmation that the latest firmware version is installed,

full reboots,
-
tests on a different power outlet and network.
As the issue persists, I would like to know whether a full manual reinstallation of the firmware is possible.
Could you please provide:

the detailed procedure for a manual firmware reinstallation,

and the appropriate firmware file for my unit?
