I was wondering if the RS250A can act as a DLNA server? I have music and videos stored on the SSD on my RS250A. I would like to access and play those music files on my computer using Jriver Media Center. I currently can see the RS250A as an available library in the Jriver software, however when I try to load that library, it gives me an error message and no songs or videos load. Is it possible what I am doing? I have done this before and I have had access to the songs and videos saved on my RS250a from my computer, but it is not working now. Is there a setting that I need to turn on to make this work?
You could access Rose’s SSD as an SMB share and play from it that way. Would need to set up SMB login on the Rose.
I doubt that Rose will stream music to an external DLNA renderer, only act as a renderer itself.
