Any idea how I could download tidal onto my rs250a?
I could only upload 1 pic so this is the part where it’s stuck on my mobile
I am stuck on my mobile rose app and nothing happens on my 250a.

Are other apps also failing to scan?

Thanks for the prompt response. Had replied to your email and as mentioned. My on device rose store is empty as well

Your Rose device appears to be connected to the local network, but it seems there is no active external internet connection.
Could you please check by connecting it to a smartphone hotspot or a different network?
