How should I determine which filter is best for me to use? It is hard to do A/B comparisons when having to stop and restart the track. Thanks

Thank you. Always glad to have information. I know very little about the digital realm. I have seen information about other filters that are named differently, including wave forms that make some sense. On the 250a one of the filters must be selected, so I wish to know which, if any, should be seen as a baseline. Are they all designed to color the music or is one seen as more accurate and transparent?
