RS250A ongoing issues

I have had my 250A for a few years now.
However, recently, I don’t get anything on screen when selecting rose store.

I no longer have the option to put rosetube icon on selection screen.

I can still play music from you tube through my rose from my tab but I can no longer select the video to play on my monitor, as there is no screen select option any longer in rh side of rose display.

I have tried multiple factory reset.

I also can no longer log in on rose as constantly says “failed”
Please help. My hifi rose is slowly becoming a rather expensive paperweight.

Thank you, I have managed to sort out the problem now.
I reset rose, uninstall rose connect from pad after deleting account.
I then started afresh. Signed up new connect account, rebooted router.
All communicating now after a few attempts.
