I haven’t had this issue ever before with this unit but recently it’s been shutting down randomly and then disconnecting from the local hard drive attached to the bottom of the unit. When I turn it back on, the tracks show under the albums but they are grayed out with a circle and a slash and won’t play. when i go to Media Library the rosedisk local hard drive is not listed, only network and cloud. I have to a hard reboot for it to come back. What’s going on?? It just started doing this.
I have been ripping cds and using the interface to do so and while it’s ripping the unit will just shut down.
