following the purchase of the RS520 in January 2024 I had to return the device for repair, due to loud crackling in the speakers.
The device was returned to me repaired a month later (change of the 2x OPAMP Dual).
On 01/11/2025, it started again… I just sent it back for repair again with the same problem.
In one year, I had to return the RS520 for repairs, twice!!!
Has anyone had the same problem as me?

Mine went to full 250watt per channel unwanted.
I returned it to the dealer and the importer put (some) new opamps.
Last week the RS520 went to max again.I could quickly cut the power.
Always expecting it to happen again.
Therefore I always check the volume setting before selecting a sound source.

My RS520 was built in May 2023 and I bought it in April 2024.
It has to work hard for me, on average about 6 hours a day and 7 days a week. There hasn’t been a day so far when I haven’t turned the device on.
My Rose has been running stably since April 2024…no hardware or software problems (except what everyone has/had, which Rose is trying to improve. I mean app problems etc.
I just knocked on my oak table, it’s supposed to bring good luck and I hope it does its job for me for at least 6 years.
Crackling is a pre-warning for the BIG BANG.
