I have bought my RS520 early June. I am quite happy with its audio performance, functionalities. However, all out of blue, I am not able to power it up on last Saturday. I message the reseller and was asked to take it back to the local distributor in Hong Kong. I sent it on Monday and have not heard back from them. It’s really frustrating and disappointing with the quality and service.
