You must use SSD with a size of 2.5 inches and a thickness of 6.8~7mm
I use the Samsung 4TB SSD in two RS-520s and they’ve been great and fast. I used a 2TB USB 3.0 thumb drive to transfer a few traunches of FLAS files from my NAS…was easy.
