RS520 Sudden shutdowns and reduced sound output problems

I am a proud owner of RS520. I bought the device in June 2023 at an authorised reseller in Germany. However, after two months a serious problem started occurring. The device began to switch off after short time while listening to music via Spotify or while being connected to TV or even during using the device, like browsing through settings. Then it happened after 30 minutes, or sooner. No single day was without this error. Sometimes it happened multiple times within just 2 -3 hours of listening to music (regardless of the source e.g spotify / streaming radio or Rose CD player) What is worse, I had to unplug the device from the mains and wait around 10 minutes before the device was operational. Without waiting it was simply impossible to switch it on (after pressing on button, RS520 just switched off after a few seconds) The device was sent back. After 4 months I got information the motherboard was replaced, shortly after I got the device back. It worked flawlessly for 3 months. In April this year the problem with sudden shut downs returned. Additionally, the sound output became clearly lower. I had to set the volume at over 50 or even 60 to get the same loudness compared to previous slightly over 20. I contacted the reseller again to address the issue. So , again device was returned to Germany. Unfortunately, no action was taken, the service team claimed RS520 was all right. (They didn’t respond to the included video showing the impossibility to switch on the device just after a sudden shut down). Only the factory settings were restored. So, I received RS520 again. Sudden shutdowns and reduced power output were still present. I had no choice but to return the product again. Currently it’s being tested longer than 3 weeks by the service team.

Since the purchase last year I could only enjoy the RS520 for several months. Most of the time it’s in repair, which became very frustrating.

Keep in mind, that each time before sending the device back, I restored factory settings, changed power sockets, used different music sources, just to rule out any possible cause. Nothing ever helped.
