Hi,
the top of the touchcreen display, the top strip of it where you can press the rose icon, or bluetooth, spotify, internal, etc icons are.
it just doesnt respond to touch anymore, happened a couple of updates ago.
Anyone else have this? Is there a fix?

Is the top part of your RS520 touchscreen not working?
Could you please take a picture of the symptom and send it to the email below?
I will check the video and decide whether or not repair is necessary and let you know.

That is correct, the top part of RS520 touchscreen is not working.
