RS520 WebDAV ID/PW Activated but access is "Forbidden"

I created ID and password and activated it. When I try to access RS520 using http://192.168.1.83:8080/webdav , I get the login popup once i provide ID and password, i get the message below

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /webdav/ on this server.

What are you using to access your RS520 - Windows or MAC?

I summarised both Windows & MAC instructions on this thread ssd-hard-disk-4tb-format-in-device-and-imac - Windows may require a registry setting change as indicated.

Thank you so much for the the kind reply.

I am using Windows 11.

Followed your (SSD hard disk 4TB format in device and iMAC - #2 by Woorlord) instructions for windows, edited the registry, changed the value to 2 and after a reboot, it did work.
I do see the Samsung Drive now.
