any firmware to update??

This phenomenon may occur when dust enters the RSA780. There is a product called CD-ROM drive lens cleaner. Please purchase it and insert it into the RSA780 and check if the same phenomenon occurs.

- yes using Rose USB Cable , also try different USB Cable too

- i sent back to dealer , try in the shop also same , & open new unit also same problem too …
