RSA 780 can't play

Hi , i have problem on RSA780 , can read but can’t play .
any firmware to update??

Please check a few things.

  1. Does the same pop-up message appear when you insert all CDs into your RSA780?

  2. Does this phenomenon occur when you connect with the cable you received when you purchased the RSA780? Or does the same phenomenon occur when you connect with a different cable?

  3. This phenomenon may occur when dust enters the RSA780. There is a product called CD-ROM drive lens cleaner. Please purchase it and insert it into the RSA780 and check if the same phenomenon occurs.

  2. yes using Rose USB Cable , also try different USB Cable too
  3. i dont thing this will work
  4. i sent back to dealer , try in the shop also same , & open new unit also same problem too …

Please answer some additional questions.

  1. When you connect your RSA780 to another Rose device in the shop, does the other Rose device not recognize your RSA780?

  2. In the case of RSA780, it cannot be repaired. It seems that the RSA780 needs to be replaced with a new one.
    Please request a new RSA780 from the country where you purchased the RSA780.

  1. Yes in the shop also try 150b ,151,130 & 250a too same
  2. Yes , but in the shop open new same problem …

  1. Then, when you connect the new RSA780 to another Rose device other than your Rose device, will it work without any problem?
  2. Does your Rose device recognize the new RSA780 normally?
