@ROSEHAN I am just getting a RSA720 to work with my RS130. I supposed to connect an external Hardisk (Melco E100, works with 12vdc), a Melco D100 (Rom with 12vdc) and a dac.Below are the links of the units.
My dac and Melco HD works well with the 2.0 port for no problem. But the 3.0 port x 2 seems no response whenever connected with anything, either the Rom or HD. Are the two ports has any restrictions on the device? Or I got a failure unit?
However, I need to reconnect (unplug & plug again) the usb cable from my HD everytime I turn on my system. Otherwise it cannot be recognized. Is there any way to resolve this?
Thanks!
Let me summarize your content.
- Melco E100 and Helco D100 are not recognized in the USB 3.0 port.
- If you turn the RS130 off and on, the Melco E100 will not be recognized. But if you reconnect the USB cable, it works normally, right?
- Is it not recognized even if you connect DAC or RSA720 to the RS130 USB 3.0 port?
- Please try connecting an external USB hard drive to the RS130 USB 3.0 port and let us know if it is recognized.
@ROSEHAN
Yes all correct. But as said, the 3.0 port cannot recognized anything including the USB hard drive
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If any device is not recognized when connected to the USB 3.0 port, the USB 3.0 port may need to be repaired or replaced.
Contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS130 and request repairs.
Ok thanks for replying! I am going to bring it back to my distributer to try it out
Checked, the USB 3.0 port has no problem, but my HD only. I am sad the two 3.0 port was no use to me
