RW-800 and DSD not working

According to the specs, the RW-800 should support DSD128.

What I’ve seen (RW-800 connected through USB to different Rose streamers):

  • in Roon you can only set PCM until 384 kHz. If you try to play DSD, it will converted to PCM.
  • using BubbleUpnp with DSD: If you don’t set resampling to PCM, play will stopped
  • using directly in the Rose Air app something like MinimServer and try to play here DSD: Play will stopped like above.

So for me this means: No DSD support at all.

As you mentioned, the RW800 specifications indicate support for DSD128. However, we understand that in your tests with Roon, BubbleUPnP, and Rose Air, DSD is either converted to PCM or playback stops.
