We are unable to provide records of customer use of the Rose device using serial numbers.
Maybe I didn’t express myself correctly. It is about the repair history of a device, not about the usage history. I mean, if someone sells a Rose, I, as a future buyer, should find out from you if it was defective, repaired, etc. It would be useful, as in the case of used cars.
It might be worth checking with the local distributor as they’re probably the ones who would handle any service issues.
