Please check a few things.
- Does the same symptom appear even if you replace the batteries in your remote control?
- Is your remote control properly connected to the Rose device via Bluetooth?

The distributor says they are on back order. It been over a month since I made a claim.
Which country’s distributor did you request the remote control from?
We will check if the remote control has been shipped to that country.
And we will ship it immediately when we receive the request from the distributor, but it may take several weeks to arrive.
MoFi distribution is the distributor here in the U.S.

We have a record of sending MoFi a silver remote last June.
We haven’t heard from them since. I’ll check with them.
